Going Deeper: Celebration of Black History Month

Our contemplative experience this month will be held at the Interfaith Contemplative Center, 4770 Harrison Dr., Las Vegas on Saturday, February 22 from 9:30 AM to Noon. The event will be in-person, with no internet connection this month. The team of Cynthia Scott, Julia Pizzi, and Ken Larson will lead us through sacred reading (lectio divina), sacred image (visio divina), and sacred music (musica divina), with reflections on themes associated with Black History Month, including opportunities for meditation, prayer, and sharing from personal responses to the sacred.
