North American Interfaith Network Annual Conference

North American Interfaith Network to meet in Detroit, Michigan

The North American Interfaith Network, a network of interfaith organization in the United States, Mexico and Canada, will hold it’s 26th Annual NAIN Connect Conference in Detroit, Michigan at the Wayne State University Campus from August 10-13, 2014. The conference is being organized by NAIN in collaboration with the Interfaith Leadership Council of Metropolitan Detroit.

Registration is $300 until June 15th, then will go up to $350.

Registration will open Sunday, August 10 at 12:00pm with the opening dinner and plenary presentation beginning at 5:00pm. The conference will close on Wednesday, August 13 by 12:00pm.

Tentative Programming Schedule: Two mornings of interactive workshops including topics such as: Detroit as a model of interfaith dialogue, best practices in interfaith work and organizing, and interfaith work in healthcare.  Afternoon site visits showcasing the city of Detroit as well as evening plenaries at the Islamic Center of America and St. Mary’s Antiochan Orthodox Church… and much more!
