A special time for members of all faiths to come together in a spirit of thanksgiving and community.
The Interfaith Thanksgiving Service is the final event apart of the annual Fall Interfaith Forums. It is a program designed to bring people of multiple faiths together for an evening of thanksgiving, as well as an encouraged food drive held for local community agencies.
During the service there is an opportunity for a Thanksgiving offering. Attendees may bring canned food to be donated to the community food bank, and/or make financial contributions to Camp Anytown, Nevada, an interfaith, multicultural-leadership youth camp for Southern Nevada high school-aged students, sponsored by The Interfaith Council of Southern Nevada.
